Return Policy

At Thesuitgent, we are committed to providing premium service for our valued clients. If you receive your package and find any quality issues with your suit (whether standard size or custom-tailored), please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Our team will respond promptly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a garment that meets your expectations.
Please note that any request related to after-sales issues must be submitted within 15 days of the item’s delivery. Our refund policy varies by suit type (standard size vs. custom-tailored), so please refer to our Refund Policy page or contact us for detailed information.
Note: No refund will be initiated for any returned items sent without prior notification and contact with our team.

 

Cancellation Policy

Our suits—both standard size and custom-tailored—are processed based on your order, and we begin preparing your order immediately upon receiving payment. Once production (or tailoring, for custom styles) starts, labor and material costs are incurred. Please review the cancellation terms below:
  • Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
  • To cancel an order and receive a full refund, please contact us at thesuitgent.com@outlook.com within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • If you cancel between 24–72 hours after order confirmation, you will receive a 70% refund of the suit price plus a 100% refund of shipping costs.
  • If you cancel more than 72 hours after order confirmation, you will receive a 50% refund of the suit price plus a 100% refund of shipping costs—this is because production (or tailoring for custom suits) may have already begun.
  • Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, we are happy to assist with returning the item once you receive it (subject to our Return Policy).
After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you need to change any order details (e.g., size, color, measurements), please reply to this email within 24 hours. Changes made after production/tailoring has started may incur extra costs (e.g., for new materials). To avoid additional fees, please confirm all changes by replying to the order confirmation email within 24 hours of payment.

 

Return Policy

① For All Standard Size Suits

  • If a standard size suit does not fit, we offer a full refund of the suit price. Please note: shipping fees and rush fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the suit back to us. We recommend double-checking your measurements and color selection before placing your order to avoid issues.
  • For standard size suits that arrive damaged, defective, or mis-shipped (e.g., wrong size/color), we offer a hassle-free full refund (including shipping and rush fees, if applicable). Please provide photos as proof of the quality issue or error.
  • The standard size suit must be shipped back to us within 15 days (including weekends) of delivery. To start the return process, please contact our customer service team promptly.

② For All Custom-Tailored Suits

Custom-tailored suits are crafted exclusively to your measurements and preferences, so we cannot accept returns for reasons like “change of mind” or “fit adjustment” (beyond manufacturer defects). However:
  • If a custom-tailored suit arrives damaged, defective, or mis-shipped (e.g., wrong fabric/color/measurements), we will offer a full refund or resend a new custom suit to ensure a hassle-free experience.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective custom-tailored suit caused by our production error, please email us at thesuitgent.com@outlook.com as soon as possible with photos of the issue. Our team will review your request promptly and take necessary action.
  • If you need minor alterations to a custom-tailored suit (e.g., adjusting sleeve length), please take it to a local seamstress—we will reimburse you for the alteration cost. To qualify for reimbursement, send us a photo of your tailor’s receipt.

③ Return Conditions

The following items are non-returnable:
  • Custom-tailored suits (except for damage, defects, or mis-shipment, as outlined above)
  • Custom-color or custom-style suits
  • Fabric swatches
  • Final sale items
All returnable items (e.g., eligible standard size suits) must meet these conditions:
  • Unwashed, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging still attached
  • No signs of wear, alterations, or damage
Important: Do not ship items back without prior approval. To start a return, contact our customer service team first to get return approval and instructions. Items sent back without approval may be rejected, and we want to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 15 days of receipt.

④ How to Return

  1. Submit a return request via email (thesuitgent.com@outlook.com) within 15 days of receiving your order to confirm eligibility.
  2. Provide photos or evidence clearly showing the issue (e.g., quality defects, shipping damage, size/color errors).
  3. Ensure the item is in original condition (unwashed, unworn, tags attached) with original packaging.
  4. Contact our team to obtain the official return address.
  5. Ship the item back using the original packaging (if possible), and send us the tracking number of your return package—we cannot process a refund without this information.
  6. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 3–5 business days.

 

Reimbursements Policy

All our suits—both standard size and custom-tailored—are crafted with precision, but please note:
  • For custom-tailored suits, manual measurements may result in a slight variation (up to 1 inch in either direction) between the finished garment and your specified measurements. We appreciate your understanding of this minor manual difference.
  • To allow for easy adjustments, our tailors include extra fabric in the seams of all suits.
We offer a limited alteration reimbursement (up to 40% of the suit price) for all suits (standard size and custom-tailored). To claim reimbursement:
  1. Have your suit altered by a local seamstress.
  2. Send an email to thesuitgent.com@outlook.com with a photo of your tailor’s receipt.
  3. Our team will process the reimbursement promptly.

 

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer a direct exchange service. If you need a different size, style, or color, please:
  1. Return the original item for a refund (subject to our Return Policy).
  2. Place a new order for the desired item once your refund is processed.
Note: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.
