Shipping costs vary depending on the total amount of your order and the country your bespoke suits will be shipped to. You can check the exact shipping fee after filling in your address on the checkout page.
Sales tax is included in the prices shown.

US Orders

Carrier: We typically use the following air transport services: DHL (www.dhl.com), UPS (www.ups.com), FedEx (www.fedex.com), and JS EXPRESS (www.js-exp.com).

Processing Time:

  • Normally 5-8 Business Days
  • This is the time it takes to prepare your order, including customization and quality checks.
Shipping Timeline:
  • EXPEDITED SHIPPING (3-7 business days)
  • STANDARD SHIPPING (10-15 business days)

Delivery Time = Processing time +Shipping time.

Shipping to Multiple Locations

Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. We recommend two options for shipping to multiple locations:
  1. One Order + Self-Ship: Place a single order, then separate and reship the bespoke suits yourself after receiving the package.
  2. Separate Orders: Place multiple orders and update the shipping address for each.

How to Track My Order

Tracking information for your order will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped or production of your bespoke suits is complete.
If you do not receive an email with shipping details, please contact our service team and provide your order ID. We are happy to assist!
*Note: Tracking updates may not be available until 24 hours after the package has been shipped. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please contact the carrier directly.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If you have concerns about your package, we recommend contacting the carrier first—some carriers may mark packages as “delivered” shortly before arrival.
  1. Contact the carrier: If you believe your package is lost or missing, reach out to the carrier within 2 hours of receiving the delivery notice.
  2. Check your surroundings: To avoid misdelivery, check with your neighbors, building manager, or leasing office.
If you still cannot locate your package, please notify our service team at thesuitgent.com@outlook.com as soon as possible, and no later than 7 days after the stated delivery date.

How to Change Shipping Address After Ordering

Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order, providing your order number and the desired address change. Note: We cannot modify the shipping address once your order has shipped.

What is the Shipping Fee?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated before you complete payment. The fee depends on the weight of your bespoke suits, shipping speed, and shipping distance.
